Layer Styles

Photoshop Layer Styles are layer effects and blending options applied to a layer and alter its appearance with just a mouse click. Examples of simple layer effects are drop shadows, stroke, and color overlays. Layer styles are commonly used for text effects but can also be applied to images, backgrounds, and other layers.
